Liverpool Women’s Mobile Health Van – Bringing Healthcare to Women Who Need It Most

At Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity, we believe every woman deserves access to vital healthcare services, no matter where she lives or what challenges she faces. That’s why we’re launching a £100,000 appeal to fund our Mobile Women’s Health Van, a fully equipped outreach service delivering maternity care, gynaecological screenings, pregnancy wellness checks, and urgent support directly into communities where women struggle to access healthcare.

Why This Matters

Many women in our region face barriers to healthcare whether due to financial hardship, lack of transport, or personal circumstances like homelessness or domestic abuse. This van will be a lifeline, providing expert care and connecting women to the support they need.

What Your Support Will Fund

A fully equipped mobile transformed into a safe, private space for consultations.

Essential medical equipment & supplies, including ultrasound scanners, pregnancy tests, STI test kits, and sanitary products.

Operational costs including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and digital infrastructure to keep the service running.

Sustainability & innovation, including investing in biodegradable medical supplies, and eco-friendly materials to reduce our environmental impact.
