Fundraising Assistant

Job Description:

Fundraising Assistant: As Fundraising Assistant Orlagh is responsible for the admin side of the charity, such a keeping donor records up to date and logging in each donation onto our database. Orlagh is also in charge of all of the charity’s social media platforms and often engages with supporters through comments and messages. Orlagh is also always on hand to help during events and with fundraising quires as she manages the fundraising inbox.

Hobbies & Interests:

Orlagh can be found going on long walks around Sefton park with her sister and staying up late to draw or paint

Loren Slade

Fundraising Manager

Job Description:

As Fundraising Manager, Loren is responsible for meeting the Charity’s fundraising targets through looking for opportunities to reach and attract potential supporters. Loren has been networking around Liverpool, gaining LWH Charity new Corporate supporters and partnerships through pitches about what our fundraising appeals are. Loren is also responsible for driving our Legacy gift asks and are Lottery campaigns.

Hobbies & Interests:

Outside of work Loren can be found going on runs, or chasing after her two young daughters with dance lessons, swimming and tennis club !

Kate Davies

Kate Davies

Head of Fundraising

Job Description:

As Head of Fundraising of Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity, Kate oversees the entire running of the charity and is the face of the charity, often representing us on the radio, events and funding meetings. Kate keeps the charity on track of its yearly targets, as well as working closely with members of the hospital to find the next big fundraising appeal. Kate also isn’t afraid to get in deep with events, even volunteering to be a model for our Neonatal fashion show in 2023.

Hobbies & Interests:

When Kate isn’t running the Charity, she likes to take her hyper goldendoodle Ronnie on long walks in the forest and go shopping with her two daughters.
