We are more then proud to announce the return of Liverpool Women’s: Women of Power pageant!
In this event, we bring together and celebrate inspirational women from across our community to raise vital funds that will support all areas of the hospital — from maternity and neonatal care, to gynaecology, fertility, cancer services, and bereavement support.
Following the incredible success of our first-ever Power Pageant, which raised over £10,000 through sponsorship and ticket sales, Women of Power returns as a celebration of strength, story and sisterhood — while helping ensure Liverpool Women’s Hospital can continue to provide exceptional care for women and families, today and for the next 30 years.
This event has been made possible through the incredible support of two experts in the pageant world.
Dani Smith – a GOPD at our hospital, also known as: Mrs galaxy 2026
and Sarah Roberts-Lello: Mrs Great Britain
Both dedicated women are such an instrumental part of Women of Power and we are so lucky to have them on our team.

Women of Power is not a traditional pageant.
It’s about real women, real journeys and real impact.
Each contestant steps forward with her own story — shaped by life experiences, challenges, growth and resilience. By taking part, they are using their voice and visibility to give back to a hospital that supports thousands of women and families every year.
Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity funds the extras that make an enormous difference — the enhanced care, wellbeing support, comfort items, equipment and environments that help patients and families feel supported during some of the most important and challenging moments of their lives.
