Simon Krol joins Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity as ambassador
Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity are delighted to welcome Simon Krol, Director of Krol Corlett Construction as an official ambassador.
As an Ambassador, Simon will play a key role in raising awareness, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping the charity connect with new supporters.
Simon first got involved with Liverpool Women’s Hospital (LWH) though LWH Charity’s 2024 Strictly Come Dancing event which seen Simon stepping out of his comfort zone to raise money in support of the charity. This journey opened Simon up to his connection to the hospital and has since become a passionate supporter of the work of LWH Charity. Simon and his wife experienced three miscarriages and had three healthy children born at LWH, Simon understands firsthand the importance of the care and support the hospital provides to families.

Dr Yana Richens OBE, Director of Midwifery at Liverpool Women’s Hospital said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Simon as an ambassador to LWH Charity. The charity plays a crucial role in helping us go above and beyond our NHS funding. Having an ambassador like Simon, who shares our values is a great addition. His personal connection with our Trust will help us provide more support to families though their difficult and most joyful moments.”
